Transparency

We have adopted the Organisation, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, a tool that reinforces our corporate responsibility and prevents unlawful behaviour by employees, collaborators and managers.

Metalsider2’s Model 231 is based on:

• The establishment of an independent and autonomous Supervisory Board (SB), in charge of verifying compliance with the Model.

• A mapping of potential risks related to the company’s activities.
  

• The identification of procedures and protocols to control sensitive processes.
  

• A Code of Ethics that defines the principles and values that inspire the company.
  

To ensure even more transparency and fairness, Metalsider2 has activated a dedicated whistleblowing channel, in compliance with Legislative Decree 24/2023 and European best practices.

This tool allows employees, collaborators, suppliers and other stakeholders to report, in complete safety and anonymity, any unlawful behaviour with reference to national and European Union regulations, as well as violations of the METALSIDER2 Model 231 or Code of Ethics, or any behaviour that may lead to the risk of committing offences or irregularities (Legislative Decree no. 231 of 8 June 2001), in order to prevent and solve possible problems internally.

Characteristics of the signalling channel:

Protection of whistleblowers: whistleblowers who report in good faith are protected against any form of retaliation or discrimination.

Confidentiality guaranteed: all reports are handled with the utmost respect for privacy and current legislation.

Confidential and protected access: you can send your report via a secure platform or a dedicated e-mail address.
